For those of you who are following our blog closely you have probably been waiting for an update. Well, we have been waiting for an update ourselves! We don't really have anything new to share at this point. Our agency has been in contact with our coordinator in Taraz. We haven't received a decision from the judge because our coordinator was delaying things. She hopes that if something good happens with the other families who are in the appeal process that might help our case. A few days ago, we asked that the decision be made and not be delayed any longer. If we were to be denied, we would like to begin our appeal process as soon as we can. We continue to pray it will be a positive decision and we will be able to bring Noah Timur home soon.
Our daughter asked me that other night, "Has the judge made his decision yet?" I replied, "No not yet. We are still waiting patiently." She then confidently stated, "Well, the longer he takes to make the decision, the more we get to pray about it."
Thank you all for your encouragement, your hugs but most of all your prayers. We are not overwhelmed, scared or feeling in despair. We are just tired of waiting and we miss our little boy! -wendy
